Problem statement:
Oxfam's fundraising and aid delivery relies on trust. Emerging technology, such as deepfakes, can spread false but convincing narratives that threaten that trust, and the safety of individuals
Discussion example:
Oxfam is running a politically sensitive humanitarian relief operation. A deepfake video emerges, promoted by trusted local media, showing Oxfam staff mishandling aid or coordinating with a politically dangerous group. The video spreads quickly and is either believed by people in country and the UK, or upholds existing views held by a portion of society
